$35.00/hr $41.00/hr

Contract Role (6-12 Months, possible to convert to perm)

Pay Rate: $35-41/hour (under negotiation in case of converting or extenting)

Eligible for benefits during the contract

Location: NYC

Were seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior/C-level executives in a fast?paced financial environment. This is a contract role (6-12 months) with high potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and discretion.
• Plan events, arrange travel (domestic/international), and process expense reports.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, team platforms, and office support.
• Create and format documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
• Support ad?hoc projects and collaborate with cross?functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives (financial services/banking industry is mandatory).
• Experience in large organizations is mandatory (preferably Bank/Financial Services)!
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , with knowledge of O365/Teams a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Concur is required.
