Lafayette Parish School System
• One position for a full-time High School Spanish Immersion Teacher at Acadiana High School in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, 7:05 a.m. – 2:35 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Teach Spanish language to high school students in accordance with established curriculum.
Develop lesson plans, undertake classroom instruction, maintain discipline, monitor student progress through testing, interface with parents, students, faculty, and administrators, and other normal faculty duties.
Bachelor’s degree in education and/or related field required.
Must be certified to teach Spanish to high school students in the State of Louisiana by the Louisiana Department of Education.
Must have native or native-like fluency in Spanish.
