• Manage e-filing processes for court documents and trademark prosecution filings.
• Organize and maintain calendars, including tracking deadlines and scheduling appointments.
• Prepare and submit court filings with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with civil litigation tasks, including document preparation and case management.
• Provide support for intellectual property matters, focusing on trademarks and related filings.
• Ensure compliance with court regulations and filing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for ongoing cases.
• Conduct research and gather information to support trademark prosecution.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency in legal operations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in e-filing systems and processes.
• Experience handling civil litigation tasks.
• Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and requirements.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law, specifically trademarks and trademark prosecution.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
