We are Looking for an Education Service Consultant and Tutor for a Study Abroad Education Group located in Shanghai. This position is available with an immediate start.About the programWith a presence across China and internationally, this organization places students into elite schools abroad, offers British IGCSE and A-Level curriculums in China, organizes summer courses at prestigious institutions, and provides tailored tutoring, exam guidance, and resources to support students aiming for top schools worldwide. About the roleThis role involves guiding primary and middle school students in applying to top UK independent schools by planning application journeys, advising on school selection, and providing assessment training. It also includes initial tutoring and mentoring, while building relationships with clients and schools. As well as:Develop tailored study and application plans for students aiming to enter top UK independent schoolsAssess students’ academic and personal suitability for UK education, guiding them through personal statements and portfoliosProvide tutoring in English, mathematics, and other subjects during the initial phaseMotivate students to stay on track with their goals and maintain regular communication with parents on progressBuild strong relationships with UK school admissions teams to facilitate applications and track student progressRepresent the organization at key events and contribute to marketing activities, including creating content and sharing success stories RequirementsStrong knowledge of the UK education systemTutoring experience and effective communication skills with childrenStrong interpersonal abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solvingWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededFluency in Chinese preferred but not mandatorySalary and benefitsAnnual salary is up to 400,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualificationsUp to RMB 10,000 air ticket reimbursement after the first service year10 days of annual leave plus 11 public holidaysForeign expert certificate and working visa supportComprehensive worldwide private health insurance, including dental coverageProvide arrival support, including a 7-day hotel stay and assistance with accommodation and banking setup
